About The Position

The Manager of Stakeholder Engagements for the Caribbean Region will be responsible for working closely with the Senior Vice President, Government & Destination Affairs relations and will support functions across the team, managing engagements with stakeholders in government, community organizations, industry partners, statutory and non-statutory bodies and other parties to establish strong working relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Policy or Political Science preferred
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 Office Suite (Including Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Proficiency in Data Visualization Platforms (PowerBI, Tableau or similar)
  • Ability to maintain reliable and consistent attendance
  • Capacity to be punctual and meet deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and work as part of a team
  • Demonstrated professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
  • Understanding of workplace policies and procedures
  • Familiarity with team collaboration tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Development and successful delivery of stakeholder engagement plans in accordance with the overarching stakeholder engagement strategy.
  • Arrange and attend stakeholder meetings and ensure feedback of stakeholder responses and requests are responded to within agreed timelines.
  • Provide briefings and support for meetings with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage workshops, roundtable and forum logistics including developing agendas, project plans, minute taking and production of reports.
  • Ensure accurate audit trail maintained of all stakeholder engagements and all contacts/activities are recorded and reported in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and provide input into weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for internal management updates.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to build direct and effective relationships with key destinations, partners, advocates and community organizations.
