About The Position

The Manager of Stadium Relations will assist the Vice President of Stadium Relations with projects and initiatives for Highmark Stadium. This position will focus on areas of stadium compliance, community engagement, communication and reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years previous work experience required, preferably in government relations, community engagement or related field.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate on a variety of projects
Must possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Must possess experience in creating and producing reports
Must have experience in compliance
Detail-oriented with an ability to coordinate projects from development through completion
Must be highly organized with demonstrated ability to set and manage priorities and responsibilities
Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with project management, document control, and compliance tracking platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam Revu, eMars, and B2Gnow (or similar platforms) is highly preferred

Responsibilities

Assist with the organization and implementation of community initiatives in partnership with community impact, events, and stadium operations.
Monitor, track, and manage compliance efforts for organizational initiatives, specifically post-construction goals.
Oversee the periodic reporting requirements.
Assist with communications regarding the stadium both in written and verbal form. This includes, but is not limited to: Stadium updates, activations & community investment highlights
Work closely with the VP for Stadium Relations to prepare and provide reports on stadium updates to state and local government officials and representatives.
Manage workflows and document organization to ensure accuracy for all high-visibility reporting.
Provide support to other special projects as needed.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
