About The Position

The Manager, Speech Language Pathology oversees the operations of the Speech Language Department within ENTAA Care, a practice pod of Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians LLC. This role manages staff across multiple locations and ensures efficient, high-quality speech language services.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Minimum 7 years of related experience
State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
Current BLS/CPR certification
Leadership, operational management, strong communication, knowledge of SLP services, billing/coding, and workflow processes.

Responsibilities

Supervise Speech Language Pathologists across multiple sites.
Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and departmental workflow.
Partner with leadership on staffing, equipment, and service development.
Monitor billing, coding, authorizations, and compliance requirements.
Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
Manage departmental supplies, budget, and quality improvement initiatives.
Address patient concerns and support a positive patient and physician experience.
