About The Position

This role supports sourcing for spend categories, including sourcing execution and stakeholder management, to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. The Manager, Sourcing works closely with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing and driving value for the organization. The role involves creating value through innovation, sustainability, risk management, quality, service, cash, and productivity programs while ensuring compliance with policies, strategies, and processes. It also includes leading the development and deployment of sourcing strategies, ongoing management of supplier relationships, managing the supply base with internal and external stakeholders, building programs with business and suppliers incorporating best practices, market insights, risks, and opportunities, and setting a clear vision for various areas with ambitious plans.

Requirements

Procurement experience across different markets
Demonstrating a future-focused mindset, showing curiosity about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers and translating opportunities into business strategies

Business and financials and an understanding of how procurement brings financial value to the overall profit and loss

Bachelor's degree required
10+ years experience including 5 years experience in procurement
3+ years' experience in project management & stakeholder management (must have)
AI-Native Procurement: Harness generative AI for predictive spend analytics, automated contract review, and market intelligence to accelerate sourcing decisions.
E-Sourcing & Orchestration: Drive end-to-end digital sourcing through digital platforms — managing RFx workflows, supplier evaluations, and e-Auctions at scale.
Data Visualization: Translate complex procurement datasets into compelling, insight-driven dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to enable faster, data-backed decision-making.
