The Manager, Software Engineering Solution Owner, is accountable for end‑to‑end ownership of one or more Sonexus solutions, ensuring predictable delivery, operational stability, financial stewardship, and strong alignment with business and product partners. This role serves as the primary point of accountability for solution outcomes, reducing fragmented ownership, minimizing escalation‑driven delivery, improving consistency of execution, and ensuring build‑to‑run transitions and run stability are explicitly owned and measurable. This role leads cross‑functional delivery teams responsible for building, implementing, and sustaining solutions on a customized Salesforce platform and hybrid technology stack. The Solution Owner ensures work is planned, governed, delivered, and transitioned to run in alignment with the Sonexus IT operating model and SDLC standards. What Commercial Technologies Software Engineering Contributes to Cardinal Health Commercial Technologies manages the enterprise’s portfolio of commercial technologies to maximize business value and improve customer experience. Software Engineering partners with Product and Business teams to design, build, and sustain scalable, compliant, and high‑quality technology solutions. Within Sonexus, Software Engineering plays a critical role in enabling Patient Access and Support Services through reliable technology platforms that support patient journeys, program operations, and client engagements.
