The Apple Services Engineering (ASE) team is responsible for powering services like the App Store, Apple TV, Apple Music, Apple Podcasts, and Apple Books, delivering a wide range of entertainment content to over 150 countries. The Media Services QA team specifically ensures the end-to-end quality of Analytics offerings within Analytics & Data Engineering. This role focuses on the Music Analytics vertical, where you will lead a local team of Quality Engineers. Your responsibilities will include testing and automating client metrics instrumentation, and overseeing the quality and integrity of data ingestion, processing, aggregation pipelines, reports, and dashboards for both internal and external customers. The Apple Music Analytics QA team is looking for a highly organized and motivated Quality Manager with a strong background in data analytics and quality assurance to support a rapidly growing area of Apple. You will collaborate with ADE engineering, Client engineering, Project managers, and Data science teams to deliver high-quality features and services. You will lead a team responsible for testing and end-to-end automation of Analytics features, ensuring high-quality releases of analytics data pipelines from client to server.
