Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company Join our dynamic Sales team as the Manager, SMB Sales S&E, where you will lead a high-performing Direct Sales Team to drive strategy, execution, and growth. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales approach, developing talent, and fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact, collaborate cross-functionally, and help scale our business to new heights.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving strong results in a sales leadership role
  • Experience building, developing, and scaling high-performing sales teams
  • Demonstrated ability to establish positive, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners (marketing, product, Sales Development, risk)
  • Strong coaching, performance management, and team development skills
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of sales strategies to consistently exceed monthly sales and business goals
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives, fostering continuous learning and high performance
  • Establish and maintain a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and ongoing development within the Direct Sales Team
  • Optimize and refine the sales model, identifying new cross-sell opportunities and implementing strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement
  • Build and nurture strong cross-functional relationships with marketing, product, Sales Development, and risk teams to align on campaigns, product launches, and business objectives
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Champion best practices in sales process, pipeline management, and customer experience
