About The Position

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 4-7 years - Verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience within a commissioned environment
  • 2 Years People management responsibilities
  • 2 Years Telecommunications/technical sales
  • Coaching Strong coaching skills with ability to conduct difficult conversations..i.e. change management. (Required)
  • Presentations Talent to confidently make presentations to large groups as well as one on one (Required)
  • Business Sales A proven track record of high yield business sales success (Required)
  • Negotiation Well-honed negotiating and closing skills, including communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving. (Required)
  • Recruiting Familiarity with basic HR/Recruiting processes in order to attract and retain top sales talent (Required)
  • Leadership Proven leadership abilities, including inspiring and motivating teams, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Market share: Increase market share and achieve and exceed performance targets related to subscribers, revenue, and churn.
  • Sales quota: Meet or exceed overall sales quota for your assigned region.
  • Operational initiatives: Implement key operational initiatives in the field while maintaining high ethical and procedural standards.
  • Sales meetings: Coordinate and run frequent sales meetings.
  • Staff development: Interview, hire, train, and develop a staff of successful Account Executives; Conduct ongoing mentoring/coaching in the field.
