Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced engineering leader to spearhead system reliability, drive platform project execution, and work in close collaboration with the product managers and the development engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 7 + years of professional software engineering or infrastructure management experience, including team leadership.
  • Strong project management skills and SRE/FedRAMP/Security-minded leadership
  • Proven ability to build engaged, autonomous teams that hit ambitious goals.
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle
  • Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform —or eagerness to learn quickly.
  • Familiarity with Incident Management Processes and Workflows
  • Passion for continuous learning, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid environment.
