About the Role The Manager, Site Merchandising – Women’s will drive the digital merchandising strategy for Athleta’s Women’s business across the U.S. and Canada. You’ll be responsible for curating, optimizing, and storytelling the Women’s product experience on Athleta.com—from seasonal category shops to collection launches and core replenishment strategies. This role sits at the intersection of brand and commerce, balancing art and science to create a seamless, inspiring, and high-performing online shopping experience. You’ll partner closely with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to bring Athleta’s mission of empowering women and girls to life through every click, page, and product story.
