As a Manager for Security Technology, you will be responsible for working with a variety of systems such as CCTV, intrusion alarm, fire alarm, and CX-paging. You will also be managing and identifying installing contractors to work on Remodel, Expansion, New and Takeover.

Requirements

  • Knowledge in alarm systems
  • Experience with VMS platforms
  • NICET II FA for VSST
  • Previous experience in project management
  • Self-motivated and can work independently
  • Take initiative and can make quick decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in security systems, electronics, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in security systems, electronics, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing Remodel and New, Expansion and Takeover for Walmart and Sam’s Club.
  • Sending weekly updates to stakeholders such as AP – Asset Protection, construction managers, store managers, Project GCs, and REX managers and any other stakeholders deemed necessary.
  • Managing and overseeing the process of advanced alarm programming and network communication device solutions and processes.
  • Resolving complex alarm, CCTV and CX communication opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing high level and comprehensive analytics to find efficiencies.
  • Managing security projects by interpreting, modifying, and formulating changes to specification documents.
  • Communicating project plans to key stakeholders and project team members.
  • Identifying and communication goals and objectives.
  • Building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results.
  • Identifying and addressing improvement opportunities.
  • Completing projects on time and on budget.
