Reporting to the Associate Director, Security Programs and Planning, the Manager, Security Contracts & Construction Planning is responsible for leading the integration of security requirements, regulatory compliance and risk mitigation strategies across Toronto Pearson’s capital programs, construction activities and contracted security services. This role oversees a team responsible for construction security planning, security systems activation, contract administration and contracted security operations. You will ensure security standards and requirements are embedded throughout the project lifecycle from planning and design through construction, commissioning and operational readiness while maintaining compliance with aviation security regulations and GTAA security programs. The successful candidate will work closely with internal business partners, project delivery teams, contractors, consultants and regulatory agencies to ensure a safe, secure and operational airport environment while supporting the successful delivery of infrastructure projects that shape the future of Toronto Pearson.
