Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required
5-7 years of accounting experience required
Experience in Excel required
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work cohesively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

Experience in SAP preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee the SEC drafting, review and filing process for the Company’s SEC filings, including, but not limited to, 10-Qs, 10-Ks and 8-Ks
Assist with preparation of accounting memos and implementation of new accounting standards
Benchmark the Company’s disclosures against the Company’s peer group
Ensure month-end closing process of recording journal entries, completing and reviewing reconciliations and issuing financial statements for corporate and consolidated are performed accurately, timely and efficiently
Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes, including automation
Effectively manage internal controls over the financial statement close process, in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley standards for public companies
