The SEM Manager will own Paid Search performance and growth by developing and executing scalable acquisition strategies across search platforms. This role is responsible for driving efficient customer acquisition through campaign optimization, keyword expansion, testing initiatives, and performance analysis while balancing growth and CAC targets. The ideal candidate is both hands-on and strategic, with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to identify growth opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and translate data into actionable recommendations. This role will partner closely with agency resources to ensure high-quality campaign execution while maintaining accountability for performance outcomes. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to scale paid search efficiently, improve campaign performance through testing and optimization, and deliver actionable insights that support broader business growth objectives.
