About The Position
Aetna Resources LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Hartford, CT: Manager, Scrum Master to design, deliver, and drive key technical activities for small, medium, and large IT projects across multiple technical environments. Duties include: develop software solutions to meet business requirements and manage project execution to ensure adherence to schedule and scope; determine feasibility of solutions design and prepare technical design documentation; plan stages of application development to improve functionality and features with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability; coordinate activities pertaining to project direction, goal setting, planning, estimating, agile delivery, project health and reporting, problem resolution and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure project goals are met; monitor progress milestones and deliverables; deliver innovative IT solutions which meet business needs and opportunities by integrating information, business process refinement, and technology; collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices; and mentor junior team members. Requirements
- Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- Completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, or thesis involving CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps
- Completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, or thesis involving XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
- Completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, or thesis involving JIRA, Rally, or Confluence
- Completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, or thesis involving Oracle
- Completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, or thesis involving SQL
- Completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, or thesis involving PowerBI and/or Tableau
- Completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, or thesis involving Relational database concepts
- Completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, or thesis involving Data warehousing
- Completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, or thesis involving Big data implementation
- Certified SAFe4 ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Professional Scrum Master I (PSM)
