The Sales Training Manager leads the design and delivery of instructor-led and digital sales training programs aligned with Red Bull North America’s Sales and Distribution strategy. This role develops and integrates learning solutions—such as training programs, job aids, and e-learning—to build skills across the Off Premise Sales and Distribution teams while ensuring alignment with Red Bull’s brand standards. The role partners closely with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to apply Red Bull’s 70/20/10 learning philosophy, reinforce learning through in-person and virtual training, and strengthen sales capabilities, coaching, and leadership skills across field and management roles.
