About The Position

The Manager, Sales Specialist, Payouts is part of the North America Commercial sales team, partnering with Account Management to grow adoption and transaction margin for PayPal's Payouts solutions, including Enterprise Payouts and PayPal Payouts, across new and existing accounts. Enterprise Payouts gives platforms and marketplaces a configurable, enterprise-grade way to disburse funds globally, across 200+ markets and 50+ currencies, through bank transfers, cards, digital wallets, and other local payout methods, while PayPal Payouts offers a simpler, self-serve way to send batch payments directly to PayPal and Venmo accounts. This is a consultative sales role. The Specialist leads with discovery, not product pitch, diagnosing each merchant's specific needs before designing the right solution and positioning differentiated value against competitors, from opportunity through activation. Success is measured by profitable activated volume within assigned verticals.
