The Sales Manager of the SMB team is responsible for driving team performance through disciplined execution of the sales process, including pipeline management, process adoption, and effective deal strategy and negotiation support. This role focuses on reinforcing consistent behaviors to drive results and coaching individuals to improve execution quality. This is a hybrid role, working with an engaged, collaborative team, and requires working with colleagues in the local hub on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.
