As Manager, Rewards & Recognition you will serve as a critical architect of incentive strategy, driving frontline engagement in the Consumer Sales organization (B2C) across multiple channels, including Contact Centers, Field Sales, Retail Sales, Digital Sales, and the regional Optimum Market Structure. This high-visibility Manager, Rewards & Recognition position reports directly to the Director of Sales Compensation & Incentives. The role requires superior business acumen, executional rigor, and the ability to drive transformational impact within a dynamic, fast-paced Consumer Sales environment.
