The Manager, Sales Development, role holds an important leadership position at the top of the sales funnel for the entire company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the success of our outbound sales efforts, managing and mentoring a team of SDRs, and collaborating with other departments to achieve company revenue goals. They will set team activity goals, motivate and develop team members, and work closely with the entire sales organization. We're looking for professionals with strong organizational and follow up skills who work well in a team environment.
