The Business Development team within Emburse serves as a crucial part of the overall Sales organization in building both sales pipeline and nurturing our next group of rising sales stars. On the Business Development team, you will have the opportunity to learn the FinTech software space from the ground up and work along side our world class Sales team to cultivate new sales opportunities. What you will do : Accomplish team goals by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, and guiding employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards in partnership with Emburse, Inc. leadership through directly managing a team of Business Development Representatives Design prospect outreach strategies using Salesforce.com and other tools such as SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Optimize the handoff of qualified leads to the appropriate sales teams and ensure leads meet qualification criteria Set daily, weekly, monthly activity KPI's for team of Business Development Representatives Work closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to optimize the funnel, segment leads, track and report on campaigns, and develop Business Development process Communicate lead volume to Emburse leadership and ensure proper campaigns are in place to meet lead goals Oversee and manage database of prospects and lead flow process as well as report on Business Development team results in Salesforce.com Measure, analyze and report on team performance Why Emburse?
