We are seeking an Manager, Sales Development Leader, to join our Sales team within the Sales and Marketing department.

Requirements

  • Have 4+ years of inside sales, SDR/BDR, or qualification experience, including experience in professional services (CPA firm, consulting, advisory, legal, or similar).
  • Have 2+ years of team leadership experience (manager or player-coach) with demonstrated ability to drive performance.
  • Be able to build and improve repeatable inbound lead processes and outbound prospecting plays.
  • Possess strong discovery, qualification, and executive communication skills.
  • Have experience collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and senior practice or industry leaders.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or comparable CRM platforms.
  • Possess metrics-driven mindset with sound judgment on quality versus volume.
  • Have experience in complex, consultative professional services sales environments.
  • Possess ownership mentality, high accountability, and be comfortable building structure from the ground up.
  • Be a strong communicator with solid analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Player Coach who will build and own the inbound lead response process across all marketing channels, including routing, follow-up, and conversion to meetings.
  • Partner with Marketing, BD, and Service Delivery Leaders to align on targeting, messaging, and execution.
  • Develop and enhance a process for lead discovery and qualification conversations to assess fitness, need, urgency, and next steps.
  • Build and execute outbound prospecting plays focused on priority industries, services, and key accounts.
  • Develop and document the inside sales operating model, including workflows, standards, templates, and playbooks.
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline in Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring accurate data, notes, and next steps.
  • Create dashboards and report to track activity, conversion, and pipeline impact.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements that increase speed, quality, and conversion.
  • Partner with Marketing and Service Leaders to provide feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, and messaging effectiveness.
  • Manage, coach, develop, and motivate a team of inside sales professionals.
  • Set clear expectations, run regular team cadences, and build a culture of accountability and performance.
