About The Position

Manager of Sales Development – Commercial leads a team of commercial segment focused sales development reps directly. They are responsible for day-to-day management of their team including coaching, performance management, reporting and team quota attainment. They have successfully managed a high performing SDR team for at least 1 year.   • Proven track record of delivering measurable results

  • 1+ years Previous SDR management and Sales Management experience

  • 2+ years of successful individual contributions in sales development, sales, channel sales and or channel development roles
  • Sales Methodology, Prospecting Methodology Certification

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performance team of SDR individuals and to drive business.
  • Enable your team to help grow a team of top performing SDRs
  • Act as conduit for Senior Leadership and execute strategy and direction through your teams.
  • Work closely with the SDR Managers to build training programs and productive go to market initiatives.
  • Provide and manage demand generation forecast for the team.
  • Work with marketing, sales, and channel to implement blitzes, contest and go to market initiatives for the team.
