Requirements

Proven B2B sales experience—restoration, construction, or facilities management a plus.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with a proven track record of crushing sales goals.
Ability to translate technical restoration solutions into clear client value.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Strong network in commercial property management, insurance, or real estate industries is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Hunt down and secure new commercial accounts, including property managers, facility managers, and insurance adjusters.
Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers to become their trusted restoration partner.
Conduct site visits, deliver persuasive presentations, and educate clients on how our solutions get businesses back to work quickly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless project execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
Track leads, opportunities, and results in the CRM; hit and exceed aggressive sales targets.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to dominate the market.
