Position Overview: We’re looking for a high-energy Commercial Business Development Manager to aggressively grow our commercial client base. This is a results-driven role for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing high-value deals, and expanding market presence. You’ll be the face of our company, opening doors, creating opportunities, and driving revenue growth in the fast-paced world of property restoration.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience—restoration, construction, or facilities management a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of crushing sales goals.
  • Ability to translate technical restoration solutions into clear client value.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong network in commercial property management, insurance, or real estate industries is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt down and secure new commercial accounts, including property managers, facility managers, and insurance adjusters.
  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers to become their trusted restoration partner.
  • Conduct site visits, deliver persuasive presentations, and educate clients on how our solutions get businesses back to work quickly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless project execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and results in the CRM; hit and exceed aggressive sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to dominate the market.
