As the Manager, Sales and Operations Planning Navigator for North America Consumer Brands (NACB), you will be responsible for governing and enabling execution of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process across North America Consumer Brands to drive aligned business decisions, improve service, and optimize inventory and cost performance. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure a disciplined, integrated, and unbiased planning process, enabling better business decisions, improved service, and optimized inventory and cost outcomes. You will act as a change leader and process governor, ensuring alignment to global standards while elevating Sales and Operations Planning maturity, behaviors, and performance across North America Consumer Brands.
