About The Position

The Sales Content and Delivery Manager provides leadership to the people, process, and technology of the Sales Account Management Support (SAMS) team. The primary success measures of this role are 1) creating efficient and effective sales support within the Sales Enablement Operations division and 2) and driving revenue for Allied Solutions via standardized sales and account management materials. This position is accountable for: • The end-to-end management of the sales support lifecycle: intake of requests, staffing to meet the service level agreements for turnaround time and quality, managing standardized content, following up on sales support effectiveness and tracking ROI on the function via sales results. • Collaborating effectively with product, marketing and sales managers to integrate effective content and processes that drive new sales. • Hiring, individual development and performance evaluations for SAMS team members.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • 3 – 5 years of related experience with sales and/or marketing content and related technologies
  • 2 years of leadership experience

Responsibilities

  • People and process leadership of SAMS function
  • Review individual quality assurance results and provide coaching and work direction as needed.
  • Ensure SLAs and quality levels are met for each associate and for the function overall.
  • Determine eligibility for job family promotions within the SAMS job family.
  • Complete performance appraisals for SAMS positions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to produce client-specific meeting materials for the Allied sales force Operational & C-Suite Reviews – business reviews that include account specific production and revenue data.
  • Sales Presentations – work in partnership with Account Team to produce prospect/client specific sales presentations.
  • Lead kick-off, review and debrief calls for complex requests to ensure a strong feedback loop is in place for the SAMS team.
  • Managing the technical integrations that modernize/improve the sales support function
  • Integrate/leverage content across enterprise platforms (SharePoint, Seismic, SundaySky, Smartsheet).
  • Track activities and results within Client Relationship Management (CRM) system (ex. entering sales activity records, entering opportunities).
  • Utilize Power BI and other data sources effectively to decrease manual processes and improve quality and timeliness.
