About The Position

This position is responsible for driving fresh beef and branded product sales across a multi-opco network by managing and optimizing order flow, inventory, and allocations. Key responsibilities include overseeing high-volume order execution, aligning inventory with customer demand, and identifying opportunities to grow market share.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the fresh beef and pork industry in one or more of the following areas: Meat sales, Meat merchandising, Foodservice sales, Wholesale fresh meats operations
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal partners, and leadership
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
