About The Position

Manages daily departmental operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities while supporting the development of departmental standards and objectives. Oversees staff performance, scheduling, development, recruitment, payroll, and engagement, fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment. Ensures regulatory compliance, budget oversight, vendor and contract management, and the effective procurement and maintenance of systems, equipment, and supplies. Coordinates and evaluates patient care delivery using evidence-based practices, collaborating with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments, and providing direct patient care as needed.

Requirements

• Current state RN license
• Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school
• BLS certification
• 3 years of charge/leadership experience required
• Minimal clinical experience of 6 months of direct patient care in dialysis

Nice To Haves

• National Board Certification in Nephrology Nursing and/or Nursing Leadership within 2 years if not achieved upon hire
• 5 years’ experience in an acute care facility preferred
