Requirements

8+ years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, or go-to-market strategy
2+ years of people management experience or demonstrated ability leading people
Passion and experience with building from 0 â 1
Strong thought leadership with the ability to articulate strategy and project plans
Bias towards action with high comfort in ambiguity and influence without authority
Confidence in presenting to and engaging senior stakeholders
High willingness to learn and receive feedback

Responsibilities

Lead a team of high-performing program managers
Drive top-line prioritization of work, and manage tradeoffs on resourcing and roadmapping
Oversee multiple complex global programs, from initial scoping to design and execution
Create structured approaches to user feedback and insights to improve our programs and user experience
Design and launch projects that lead to step-change improvements in our operational processes and business outcomes
Partner closely with Go to Market and Technical Account Management teams to support users
Act as a trusted strategic partner with senior stakeholders to shape the future
Serve as a role model and mentor, embodying operating principles and fostering values and culture
