Credit Operations is looking for a dynamic, influential, and results-driven leader to be the next Manager, Risk Policy. You will lead the ongoing implementation of the Risk Scorecard and measuring performance of the predictive model. This is a unique opportunity that will broaden your experience, and demonstrate your agility within the organization to enhance our reporting capabilities, improve early involuntary churn, and reduce bad debt. You will play a key role in the continued development of our scorecard model, measuring performance of key variables, influencing stakeholders, and driving initiatives to reduce bad debt across the early involuntary churn portfolio.

Requirements

  • A post-secondary degree in a field directly related to job responsibilities (Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, etc)
  • Minimum 5 or more years experience in credit and collections
  • Knowledge of Modeling and risk strategy software (Siemens KnowledgeSeeker, Strategy Design Studio)
  • Coding for SQL or python required for data analysis
  • Knowledge of bureau data for modeling and review
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills.
  • Must clear a criminal background check.
  • A credit check and drivers abstract may be required depending on the role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ongoing implementation of the Risk Scorecard and measuring performance of the predictive model.
  • Enhance reporting capabilities, improve early involuntary churn, and reduce bad debt.
  • Play a key role in the continued development of our scorecard model, measuring performance of key variables, influencing stakeholders, and driving initiatives to reduce bad debt across the early involuntary churn portfolio.
  • Review existing scoring and segmentation to improve decisioning.
  • Assess and provide ROI for strategy and segmentation improvements.
  • Maintain and review decisioning daily to quickly identify anomalies.
  • Creating presentations to drive changes to leadership and cross functional BUs.
