About The Position

The Manager, Revenue Integrity provides leadership and oversight for programs that support accurate charge capture, reimbursement optimization, and regulatory compliance. This role oversees key revenue integrity functions, including auditing, coding, Charge Description Master (CDM) maintenance, denials management, and revenue analytics. By partnering with clinical, operational, and financial leaders, the Manager drives process improvements that enhance revenue cycle performance and support the organization's financial health.

Requirements

• Experienced healthcare revenue cycle leader with expertise in revenue integrity, charge capture, coding, reimbursement, and compliance.
• Strong leader with a track record of developing teams and driving results.
• Analytical thinker who uses data to identify opportunities and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborative partner who builds trusted relationships across clinical, financial, and operational teams.
• Effective communicator who can translate complex regulatory and reimbursement requirements into actionable practices.
• Committed to operational excellence, compliance, and exceptional customer service.
• Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Or Accounting Or Finance Required
• 3 Years Leadership Required
• 1 Year Project Management Required
• 5 Years Healthcare Required
