About The Position

As the Retention Sales Manager, you will be dedicated to providing sales leadership for maximizing our renewal opportunity and ensuring high customer retention rates. In collaboration with IMAGINiT Senior Sales Leadership, you will effectively train, motivate, and assist sales with strategies and process improvements to help them achieve best-in-class renewal rates as well as company, team, and individual goals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years sales management experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales with a history of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be a problem solver with a “get it done” attitude and strong self-motivational attributes.
  • Possess superior organizational/time management skills and a “make-it-happen” attitude.
  • Strong decision-making skills and judgment.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a strong work ethic.
  • Background in telesales or call center selling over the phone B2B (technology sales preferred).
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems, MS Office products.
  • Experience growing a sales region.
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Nice To Haves

  • SaaS Sales or Sales management a plus.
  • Customer success/ team selling experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the development and execution of strategies for staffing requirements of the retention team to support the desired retention rates and contact database to provide optimal call flow management and contract coverage.
  • Providing direct management and ongoing development to the retention team and retention sales leadership.
  • Contributing to prescribed sales methodology and enforcing repeatable practices with measurable metrics.
  • Leading and providing skill development and an environment of growth opportunities for the retention reps.
  • Forecasting monthly and quarter-to-date renewals, measuring and reporting regularly on team goals. In addition, monitoring performance, assessing quality of work, and implementing recognition/disciplinary actions based on meeting/exceeding of individual goals.
  • Providing indirect management/support for sales across the other divisions of IMAGINiT.
  • Delivering ongoing coaching to support and drive exceptional performance and best-in-class retention rates.
  • Developing and maintaining a team culture focused on performance, professionalism, and delivery of phenomenal customer experience.
  • Taking part in marketing and sales efforts associated with renewals and client retention.
  • Acting as an interface with our main partner (Autodesk) and their regional and local people to ensure incremental gains from working together.
  • Enforcing sales compliance with consistent sales methodologies.
  • Developing interpersonal relationships internally, with customers & technology suppliers.
  • Bringing leading-edge technology to a rapidly growing subscriber base to improve sales effectiveness.
