General Purpose: This position is a professional position responsible for managing the daily operations of the Retail Support Services department and insuring that the workflow is consistent, deadlines are met, and quality customer service is maintained in an accurate, timely and personal manner. This position both directly supervises the staff and is responsible for developing the retail support services staff and leads through leaders by developing subordinate supervisors in effective people management. This position is also responsible to uphold the mission and values established by PB&T Bank.
