About The Position

This role involves leading channel operations within the C-Store sector. The Manager, Retail Operations will collaborate with the Operations Support Specialist and manage partnerships with channel customers and vendors. Key responsibilities include overseeing C-Store cycle readiness, developing the annual Perfect Store and playbook, managing the Retail MSA Relationship, and overseeing the annual PRP Program Management. The position also involves delivering the annual MSA GSV budget/support process and serving as the primary point of contact for the Broker (R2).

• Ownership of the Retail MSA Relationship
• Ownership of the annual PRP Program Management
• Delivery of the annual MSA GSV budget/support process
• Broker (R2) point of contact (Communication/Direction)
