The Retail.com Media Manager will be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of retail media investments across key retail partners such as Macy’s, Costco, Kohl’s, and other emerging beauty retail media networks. This role will manage full-funnel retail media programs designed to drive incremental sales, traffic, and share growth across retailer digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong performance marketer with hands-on experience across sponsored search, onsite display, offsite retail media extensions, and co-op funded media programs, with a proven ability to partner cross-functionally with brand teams, retailers, and agency partners. This role will operate with a high degree of autonomy and is expected to proactively identify growth opportunities, optimization strategies, and operational improvements.
