About The Position

As Omnicom Media continues to expand our portfolio of strategic client wins and partnerships, we are excited to be recruiting for positions that will be part of a massive consumer-centric, technology and innovative client. The Manager, Resource Operations, will be a key player in enhancing and optimizing the efficiency of the Resource Operations team. This role involves a combination of leadership, strategic oversight, and process improvement to streamline operations, align with organizational goals, and support key talent initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5 Years in Talent Operations, Resource Management, or similar field with demonstrated experience in process optimization, team leadership, and data analysis
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with individuals at all levels
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands, while maintaining quality
• High level of proficiency in managing complex data sets, analyzing trends, and deriving actionable insights
• Experience with advanced Excel functions is required
• Eager to learn and make meaningful contributions
• Results-oriented individual who can drive initiatives independently while maintaining a focus on long-term goals

Nice To Haves

• familiarity with PowerBI, Greenhouse, and Smartsheet is a plus

Responsibilities

• Organize and tabulate data, often of a highly confidential nature, and utilize systems to execute and analyze ad-hoc reporting
• Aid in the facilitation of quarterly calibration exercises, utilizing feedback to reward strong talent and identify gaps
• Act as a liaison between the Resource Operations team and internal stakeholders, including HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance
• Provide guidance and oversight to the Senior Associate
• Support the execution of talent operations projects, from inception through implementation
• Assist in collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify talent gaps and resource challenges
