Manager, Reporting and Systems The Manager, Systems & Reporting, is a senior individual contributor within the central Program Management team, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Process & Frameworks. This role is responsible for owning the design, evolution, and governance of enterprise program reporting and tracking systems that enable effective decision-making, operational excellence, and Games-time readiness across LA28. This position plays a critical leadership role, driving solution architecture, technical standards, and adoption across complex, cross-functional programs. The Manager, Systems & Reporting, will be instrumental in shaping and delivering Games-time reporting capabilities for the Main Operations Center (MOC), ensuring data integrity, clarity, and reliability during peak operational periods. The ideal candidate is a technical thought partner and problem-solver, with deep expertise in Smartsheet and integrated reporting solutions, who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys translating complex, often competing inputs into scalable, sustainable, and user-centered solutions. Building trusted relationships across program teams, functional leadership, and external partners is central to success in this role. The Manager, Systems & Reporting, acts as a connector and influencer, aligning stakeholders around shared solutions, driving process adherence, and championing continuous improvement across LA28 delivery.
