Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, data analytics, business, or related area and 2 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area.
OR 5 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and inventory performance through precise supply planning and vendor collaboration.
Align launch forecasts and manage inventory flows to meet modular and promotional timing.
Lead root cause analysis and execute recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock and inventory issues.
Manage inventory distribution, recalls, returns, and end-of-life transitions with supplier coordination.
Monitor On-Time-In-Full delivery metrics and address supply disruptions proactively.
Partner cross-functionally to optimize network inventory positioning and improve inventory health.
Provide strategic leadership by setting performance standards, mentoring, and developing the team.
