About The Position

As a supervisor role that does the ingestion and delivery of subsets of licensed data to each of our client bases using in-house software. This role also involves taking database backup/restore, application installation & configuration, system maintenance and troubleshooting, DB & Cluster failover and DR failover. Interacting with the software, supervising the application process and logs, handling issues or escalating issues to the respective team. The role requires a meticulous person who can follow through on instructions, adapt as needed while working in a heavy multi-tasking and fast-paced role! Requirements

Graduates (B.Sc/M.Sc Computer Science, B.CA/ MCA, B.E) with proven track record in Application support or technical operation.

Nice To Haves

Managing Azure DevOps tools and services
Using tools like Terraform or ARM templates
Setting up monitoring solutions (such as Azure Monitor or Application Insights)
Staying compliant with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, DORA)

Responsibilities

Management: Coordinating efforts between product design, development, and business-oriented operations to achieve successful new product launches.

Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD): Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate software builds, testing, and deployment processes. This ensures faster and more reliable releases.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Using tools like Terraform or ARM templates to define and manage infrastructure resources. IaC allows you to treat infrastructure configuration like code, making it easier to maintain and reproduce.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Setting up monitoring solutions (such as Azure Monitor or Application Insights) to track system performance, detect issues, and proactively address them.
Security and Compliance: Ensuring that security best practices are followed, managing access controls, and staying compliant with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, DORA).
