About The Position

The Manager – Reliability Center Maintenance is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality work with the appropriate level of technical discipline and rigor across Reliability Center personnel. This role ensures a safe, timely, and effective response to all asset-related issues within the region. Key responsibilities include planning and executing turnarounds (TARs) and outages, identifying and implementing initiatives to improve plant safety and reliability, and optimizing maintenance-related capital and operating expenditures. The position also ensures the effective implementation of reliability programs and strategies, including Hexagon/ProCal utilization, PM/PdM programs, RCA programs, spare parts inventory management, and adherence to Standard Maintenance Practices (SMPs) and Technical Standards. Furthermore, the role establishes a culture of continuous improvement, provides technical expertise in consultation with engineering resources, and fosters a collaborative, team-oriented culture within the Reliability Center through effective personnel development and training.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of industrial reliability or maintenance experience, OR a minimum of 10 years of industrial reliability or maintenance experience.
  • Experience leading and executing emergency maintenance response and planned outages for industrial plants.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive/predictive maintenance of industrial systems and equipment, including compressors, turbines, high-speed rotating equipment, motors, electrical distribution systems, and substations.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter who effectively manages multiple priorities under time and cost constraints, appropriately balances competing demands, and delivers results with minimal supervision.
  • Experienced in industrial operations, engineering, reliability, or maintenance, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of profit and loss (P&L) responsibility.
  • Experience with CMMS platforms (such as Infor Hexagon), IMMS systems (such as ProCal), and ERP systems (such as JD Edwards).

  • Experience with air separation processes, assets, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying opportunities and implementing initiatives to improve the safety and reliability of regional plants.
  • Optimizing maintenance-related capital and operating expenditures for the Reliability Center while assisting plants in optimizing maintenance spend.
  • Ensuring the effective implementation of reliability programs and strategies across the region, including Hexagon/ProCal utilization, PM/PdM programs, RCA programs, spare parts inventory management processes, and adherence to Standard Maintenance Practices (SMPs) and Technical Standards.
  • Establishing a culture of continuous improvement to meet productivity goals for the Reliability Center and regional plants.
  • Providing technical expertise, in consultation with engineering resources, as needed.
  • Fostering a collaborative, team-oriented culture within the Reliability Center by ensuring the effective development and training of all personnel.
