About The Position
Responsible for the overall management and leadership of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation program, including but not limited to program development, staff development and education, quality and the resolution of issues. In addition, responsible for monitoring and maintaining budget compliance, analyzing methods to increase reimbursement and enhance customer satisfaction. Estimated salary range for this position is $108816.92 - $141462.00 / year depending on experience.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Physical Therapist license
- Occupational Therapist license
- NCTRC Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist
- Basic Life Support certification
- Speech-Language Pathologist license
- 4 years or more in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate people effectively
- Applicable License/Certification
