ABOUT THE ROLE As the Manager, Regional Sales – Northeast, you'll play a pivotal leadership role in accelerating growth for SC Johnson Professional by leading a high-performing team of seven sales professionals and driving execution across one of our most strategic regions. Reporting directly to the Director of Field Sales, you'll have the opportunity to influence business results, develop top talent, and shape customer and distributor strategies that drive market success. In this role, you'll combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership—building and executing regional business plans, coaching and developing your team, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and winning. You'll partner closely with key end users and distributor leaders to deliver innovative, value-added solutions across our Skin Care, Hard Surface, and Iconic Brand portfolios, helping customers solve real-world challenges while growing market share. As the regional business leader, you'll leverage data, insights, and SC Johnson Professional's sales methodology to drive pipeline strength, exceed revenue targets, and maximize territory performance. You'll also serve as a critical voice of the customer, bringing market intelligence and competitive insights to influence cross-functional strategies and future growth initiatives.
