What You’ll Do: Provide day-to-day leadership and management for the designated TA recruitment team. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies tailored to business needs. Foster a positive, engaging experience for both candidates and internal customers. Provide executive level recruitment for Director and above level for the team. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field and at least five years of recruitment experience, including two years of prior progressive leadership experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams across functions.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills required.
• Proficient with recruitment related software, and database mining.
• The Manager, Recruitment will be measured for success against standards of: key recruitment metrics, quality control, people leadership and management, customer relationship management, candidate experience management, partnerships with human resources/recruitment colleagues, team and personal development.
• The position requires that the Manager, Recruitment be: exceptionally customer-oriented and customer-savvy, obsessed with providing an excellent customer and candidate experience, highly engaged and invested in the team, highly intelligent and exceptionally business-savvy, highly responsive, highly attentive to detail exceptionally positive and can-do, exceptionally driven and completely at ease working with urgency.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred.
• Prior healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred.
