Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Recruitment Experience.
• Prior experience in child welfare.
• Ability to obtain appropriate child abuse and criminal clearances.
• Valid driver’s license and own a properly registered and insured vehicle.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate recruiting families
• Participate in outreach in person events, and social media efforts to reach families interested in foster care
• Schedule and facilitate information sessions for families interested in foster care
• Handles inquires about foster care and inform potential foster families about our agency
• Participate in staff meeting and trainings
