About The Position

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR and talent acquisition leader to shape the employee experience and drive organizational culture. You will oversee full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and engagement initiatives while partnering closely with leadership to identify talent needs and align hiring strategies with company objectives. The role focuses on building a strong, inclusive culture that enhances retention, performance, and employee satisfaction. You will also leverage data to inform hiring decisions, develop recognition programs, and strengthen the employer brand. Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition within small to mid-sized organizations
  • Proven ability to source, hire, and onboard top talent effectively
  • Experience in shaping organizational culture and leading employee engagement programs
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
  • Data-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple initiatives independently
  • Passion for learning, development, and helping others grow

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across all roles, building robust pipelines of qualified candidates
  • Partner with leadership to anticipate staffing needs and define role requirements
  • Oversee onboarding and integration programs to ensure new hires are set up for success
  • Develop and implement initiatives that enhance culture, employee engagement, and retention
  • Monitor and improve employer branding and public perception as a great place to work
  • Design and manage performance management and recognition programs aligned with company values
  • Use data and analytics to continuously improve hiring processes, engagement, and retention strategies
