We offer a hybrid work engagement with two days of remote work, and three days in-office. This position is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational oversight, and continuous improvement of the firm’s Records Management function. The Manager ensures alignment with firm-wide Information Governance policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management objectives. The role provides end-to-end ownership of records management operations, including physical and electronic records, and is accountable for team performance, policy implementation, and process optimization across the firm.
