About The Position

The Manager, Forensic Investigations leads complex, sensitive investigations involving alleged fraud, misconduct, conflicts of interest, asset misappropriation, and policy violations across Carnival Corporation and its global brands. The role operates with a high degree of independence, developing risk-based investigation strategies, conducting interviews and data analysis, evaluating and documenting evidence, identifying root causes and control gaps, and presenting objective, evidence-based conclusions to senior management. The Manager also assesses controls intended to mitigate fraud risk across shoreside and shipboard operations. Working with Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Human Resources, Information Security, RAAS colleagues, and business leadership, the Manager recommends practical control improvements, supports remediation monitoring, and contributes to fraud risk assessments and technology-enabled fraud detection capabilities. The role also mentors colleagues and helps improve forensic methodologies, tools, and quality standards. It is an individual-contributor position with no direct reports, but requires leadership of investigations and cross-functional teams, influence with senior stakeholders, and mentorship of less experienced colleagues. This is an in-office position based at a designated Carnival office in South Florida. Employees work in the office Monday through Thursday and may work from home on Fridays. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area. No or very little travel is likely, though occasional urgent, international, or shipboard assignments may be required as business needs require. The role primarily takes place in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety or health hazards and requires remaining stationary at a desk and/or computer for extended periods.
