About The Position

The Quality Manager has the following duties and responsibilities: Manages day to day operations of hospital-wide quality improvement, accreditation and regulatory compliance, and medical staff peer review. Manages and provides leadership to department staff Plans, reviews, and analyzes the hospital-wide performance improvement plan to ensure the plan is based on current hospital needs and goals, regulatory requirements, and in alignment with THR initiatives and goals. Manage peer review process and maintenance of physician quality profiles Plans, reviews, and monitors continuous readiness for hospital-wide Joint Commission Accreditation and other regulatory/accreditation requirements. Provides service excellence to all stakeholders. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is an enterprise transformation leader with the credibility to influence executives, the operational mindset to execute, and the vision to help redefine healthcare delivery. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree healthcare related field Required
  • 5 Years healthcare experience Required
  • 2 Years performance improvement experience Required
  • 1 Year management experience Required
  • RN Experience is Strongly Preferred
  • Other license as applicable to degree Upon Hire Required
  • CPHQ - Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality with in 12 Months of hire Required
  • Computer, facilitation, written and verbal communication skills
