About The Position

Leads the integrated operations of Respiratory Therapy, the Sleep Center, the Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine Clinic, and Pulmonary Function services. Provides operational, clinical, financial, workforce, quality, and regulatory oversight; coordinates care across inpatient, diagnostic, and ambulatory settings; and partners with physicians, advanced practice providers, and organizational leaders to support safe, efficient, patient-centered care consistent with Saint Francis Healthcare System policies and applicable law.

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited respiratory care program.
• Current license to practice respiratory care in Missouri.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Minimum three years of progressively responsible experience in respiratory care, pulmonary diagnostics, sleep services, ambulatory practice operations, or a closely related healthcare setting.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in respiratory care, healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
• Prior formal supervisory or management experience.
• Other specialty or clinic-practice-management credentials when job-related.
